At Aliveprintguide, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process for customers in the United States.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery if they are:
- Unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- In the same condition as received, with all accessories and manuals included.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and product integrity, certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Opened or used ink cartridges and toner.
- Custom-printed products.
- Clearance or final sale items (marked as non-returnable on the product page).
3. Return Process
- Contact Us at info@aliveprintguide.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will send you a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and return instructions.
- Ship the item back to the address provided, using a trackable shipping method.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If returning for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), you are responsible for return shipping fees.
5. Refunds
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Take clear photos of the product and packaging.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
