We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We partner with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure timely delivery.
Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (available in select areas)

Note: Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or high seasonal demand.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
  • Free standard shipping may be offered for promotions or orders over a certain value (as advertised).

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can monitor your shipment status directly via the carrier’s website.

6. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, take photos of the packaging and product and contact us within 48 hours at info@aliveprintguide.com.
  • If your package is marked “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier first, then inform us so we can assist.

8. Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately from different warehouses to speed up delivery. You will receive tracking details for each package.
